Specialist Incentive Compensation Management software such as Practique's INCA, is designed to automate the process of commission, bonus or incentive administration in support of any type of variable pay strategy. This results in greater accuracy to the calculation process; improving sales force motivation, retention and ultimately paying for performance by rewarding employees for achieving set targets.

Typically manual bespoke or spreadsheet systems are used to administer the incentive compensation process, however, they lack the essential scalability and flexibility to support the complexity associated with enterprise wide schemes.
