Hewitt Associates has joined forces with technology partner Practique to create the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Quick Diagnostic Tool.

This quick online survey is designed to identify broader sales force effectiveness issues over seven key areas and produces a confidential ‘traffic light’ style profile of your company’s risk and highlights where there may be weaknesses in your sales plan design and processes. The survey asks a high level set of questions which; when answered, give a ‘traffic light’ indicator to help identify areas of potential and existing risk, including where the company needs to act as a priority and what needs attention in the future. The SFE Diagnostic survey will pinpoint, whether the risks are legislative, talent related, financial or reputational and any identified risk can be set in the broader business context.
