

The role of the Help Desk team is to provide expert and rapid assistance either by phone or email to all client queries in regard to INCA.
The Help Desk team is trained to provide the highest level of support and attends regular product update training sessions to ensure all customer questions – regardless of the size - can be dealt with quickly and effectively. Communication with clients is key and each month a report is sent out documenting what issues have been raised and the status of any outstanding queries, so customers are able to track the process at every stage.
